Lincoln Agility Show 2010

This was my first Kennel Club Show and it was really exciting. There were loads of dogs and people all over the place. The sun was shinning and I felt like running!! granny kept telling me I had to behave, she can be such a spoil sport sometimes. So we got started run 1 Agility combine 1-3. It was great fun, I jumped all the jumps, nearly missed the weaves but just made it, oops forgot to stop at the end of the see saw just kept running! whatch the video to see me fly!

After this run things got much more interesting. I've not been to a show outside since last summer so I couldn't help myself I had to go and investigate, don't think granny was very please she's screamed and shouted, I did get back to what I was supposed to be doing, eventually, but the man made this a cross with his arms, ooow perhaps I'm on the X factor!!

Then it was time for a rest, curl up in the chair with granny and enjoy the sunshine. Before I knew it I had to run again. Boy was I tired, I normally spend the day snoozing but never mind I'll give it a go. Well the dog walk just proved a climb to far, I got half way up and couldn't go any more, the only way was down. But I had another go and made it, not the quickest or the most stylish but I made it all the way to the end. Guess what I came third, I got a lovley trophy and a yellow rossette thats bigger then me. Granny didn't even realise (shes getting on a bit) good job Lucy my brill trainer came to tell us, Anyway heres the run.

The last run of the day was a really nice jumping course when you whatch the run you'll see I was great (as normal). Granny however was a right doozy she took me over the wrong course and she didn't realise, I guess the sun must have gone to her head!! I bet I would have got a place if she'd got it right. Never mind theres always another day.

The next day was Sunday and boy did it rain, I hate the rain. So the first run was jumping Comb 1-3, can't remember what happened, next was an Agility 1-3 it was a real twisty course and once again granny messed up again and took me round the wrong course. She just laughed I guess it was cos all the rain was running down her face and she couldn't see where she was going. The other two runs went really well just silly little things that kept me from going clear.

I had a fantastic time over the 3 days now I can't wait for the next one. Not long Agility Nuts weekend after next. I like it there everyone wants to take me home, granny keeps saying if I keep running away they can have me, I know she doesn't mean it .....I hope.

The early years

Let me introduce myself. I was born on the 14 July 2007 to a family in Grantham. Happily I played there with my brothers and sisters until one day in August someone came and took me away. I know this sounds horrible but actrually its great. I was the 13th birthday present of my mum Alannah. She was so suprised as she was told she couldn't have a dog. Heres a picture of me when I arrived

I was so small I could sit on my mums hand, I was no bigger then a baby rabbit. They were worried that the cats (yuk, I hate cats) would have me for dinner but I wasn't scared I could have taken any of them!

As I grew up a bit granny decided I needed discipline, I on the other hand found it all very boring so just for a laugh I would run around the training field as fast as I could while granny screamed my name and jumped about like a loonie, she did look a sight. The more she screamed the more I ran, great fun. But I guess I must of listened to something as I even managed to come second in an obedience class. Heres me with my rosette.

Anyway granny decided that I needed something to keep my mind engaged, flyball no I ran off with the tennis balls (another great game). So we tried agility. Wow great fun, jumping and running through big rabbit holes what could be better, and when I got it right 2 laps of the field to add to the fun. People kept telling my gran I was going to be really good once I stopped running. I was good thats why I ran humans really don't get it.

That was I think nearly 2 years ago, so what have I been doing since then.
